We collect information you provide (name, email, company, payment method) and information from your use of appoinlycrm (logs, telemetry, content you create).

2. How we use your data

To operate the service, bill your account, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sub-processors

We use Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting), and other third parties listed in our sub-processor registry. The full list is published before launch.

4. Your rights

You may access, export, or delete your data at any time from the in-app settings. EU/UK/CA residents have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA.

5. Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted unless legally required.

6. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies needed for authentication. Analytics and marketing cookies require your consent (cookie banner shipping in Phase 6+).
